Outtake from Bjørn Nørgaard:
"Maestro. That’s my one-word summary of Bjørn Nørgaard. I have boundless admiration and respect for Bjørn. It was in the 1970s that he recieved massive attention, when he placed bits of a slaughtered horse in hundreds of jam jars. Most recently he created the sepulchral monument for the Queen of Denmark. But I don’t think they have anything in common! He has an infinite portfolio of large projects and powerful art, decorative commissions and projects – you name it, he’s done it."
